Rhizom

exhibition
Just as a replanted tree retains old soil between its roots, every person carries something with them that shapes their identity. The exhibition shows works of art by contemporary artists from Ukraine from January 29 to February 17, 2026.

Experiences, spaces and memories can remain crucial, even if the physical connection is lost. The exhibition "Rhizom" shows works of art by nine contemporary artists from various cities in Ukraine, many now in exile at home and abroad.

The exhibition focuses on the process of migration, in which experiences of change, loss and new beginnings are constantly transforming. The landscape appears as a metaphor - a space that we always carry with us, regardless of physical presence.

The artists present their stories, which together form a collective dimension. Like a rhizome, these experiences grow in different directions - open, diverse and infinitely interconnected. The viewer now also becomes part of the rhizome.

Opening: January 29 at 6 pm
