The former station mission in the main station became a "planning mission" in the Kulturbahnhof. The ambitious programme of events and exhibitions raises public awareness of the importance of architecture and urban development.
On the initiative of the Association of German Architects Group Kassel, the Kassel KAZimKUBA was founded in 1998 to establish a forum for the (critical) examination of the topic of "building". On its own initiative and in cooperation with partners such as Kassel University, architectural and urban planning topics of regional and national importance are taken up, presented and discussed. The result is a lively meeting place for all experts and interested citizens.
