Two creative minds, Elfi and Pitze Eckart, bought the building at auction and thus expanded their neighbouring "fensterzumhof″ lodging house with a unique venue for art, photography, communication and experimentation, the "Foto-Motel″.
In addition to exhibition and event spaces, artists' studios have been created there. The attached hotel enchants guests with uniquely designed rooms in a vintage look and promises "unpretentious cultural beds″.
