There is a fairytale artwork on the façade of the building. In 2019, the artist Jackules not only painted the Brothers Grimm on the façade of the building - but also his current wife.
In 2019, the Kassel artist Jackules designed the building on Wilhelmshöher Allee. It refers to Kassel's world cultural heritage - the Brothers Grimm's fairy tales. The façade on Hupfeldstraße shows the brothers' likenesses. The front of the house features a depiction of the fairy tale "The True Bride". For the photo-realistic portrait, the artist took his then girlfriend and now wife as a model. In the scene depicted, the shepherdess is waiting under a linden tree for her future husband. Fitting, as Wilhelmshöher Allee is planted with lime trees and leads to the Bergpark. Anyone standing here at the busy intersection now has a view of the two Kassel world heritage sites, as they once adorned the 1000-mark note together.
The project was designed and realised on behalf of GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft.
