Hessencourrier-Radweg

The Hessencourrier cycle path covers approximately 43 km through the Habichtswald Nature Park, passing through fields, forests, meadows, and villages. The route features a challenging elevation profile and is recommended for experienced cyclists.

The estimated riding time is around 5 hours, but the tour can also be comfortably completed in multiple stages. There are plenty of sights and attractions along the way, inviting you to explore and enjoy the region. Some notable points of interest include the Märchenwache (Fairy Tale Guard) in Schauenburg, the spa park in Bad Emstal with its rose and herb garden, the fortified church in Balhorn, the ruins of Weidelsburg Castle, and the historic old town of Naumburg.
