Bee Day on Saturday, 3 June 2023
The Bee Day is an awareness-raising and educational day for the whole family on the topics of bees, species conservation and beekeeping. The varied hands-on programme offers variety for young and old, lots of educational information about bees and delicacies from the bee colony.
- Candle making, bee wax cloth making, nesting box building
- Children's face painting
- Children's concert with "Mr Müller with his guitar"
- Cooking workshop: Healing power from the bee colony and delicacies from the bee colony
The event starts on Saturday morning at 10 am in the Botanical Garden Kassel. The event is scheduled to end at around 5 p.m.
The bee day's cooperation partners are Rote Rübe Kassel, Stadthonigimkerei and Manufaktur Victor Hernández.
