INTERIM State Theater
The INTERIM, which opened in 2025 and serves as a replacement venue during the renovation of the opera house, has ushered in an exciting new era of theater: flexible podiums, a wraparound gallery and an overhead machinery above the entire space enable immersive theater experiences for up to 850 visitors. The theater primarily presents great operas from the 19th to the 21st century, but also dance evenings and drama productions.
