Niederzwehren is a district close to the center in the south of Kassel, which is very well connected to the center by public transport. All local attractions and activities can be reached within 15 minutes. In the vicinity of the apartment there are several supermarkets, shopping center DEZ and a gas station. The tram station is 5 minutes away on foot. Our non-smoking apartment is suitable for 5 people. The apartment is located in a two-family house in the basement (approx. 80 square meters, built in 2008). There is ample parking space. The tram and shopping centers are within easy walking distance. The motorway can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room + kitchen, bathroom and a large hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fryer, pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and tea towels, etc. A washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner is also available.
