Forest restaurant Hohes Gras
The tower on Hohes Gras was planned by hiking enthusiasts as a meeting point with a view over the then-bare hill of the Habichtswald. It was officially inaugurated on May 18, 1890. Today, the Kassel branch of the hiking association (HWGHV) operates a restaurant here, offering a welcoming stop for both hiking fans and active visitors from the nearby climbing park or small ski area.
