Sculpture pays tribute to important women in the city's history
Women from Kassel with different activities and life stories are remembered. They have achieved important things in areas such as politics, literature or business. These include the entrepreneur Sophie Henschel and the lawyer and politician Elisabeth Selbert.
The sculpture itself consists of six glass panels, all of which are inscribed on both sides and some of which are over two metres high. The resulting twelve surfaces provide information about the lives of the women with words and pictorial elements.
