In Kassel, you can find bikes from the bike renting system nextbike at locations all over the city. A total of 400 rental bikes are available at 56 stations.
- The smartbikes have seven gears, an individually adjustable saddle, a hub dynamo and a bike computer that controls the electronic lock.
- Registration is possible via the hotline, website or app.
- Customer service is available around the clock at 030- 69205046. A service team ensures that the rental bikes are regularly maintained and placed at the stations.
- Students of the University of Kassel and NVV annual pass subscribers can cycle at special rates: Students have the first 60 minutes free on each ride and NVV annual pass customers have the first 30 minutes free on each ride.
