The water features begin every year on 1 May and end on 3 October. The water then runs in Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe every week on Wednesdays, Sundays and Hessian public holidays from 2.30 pm.
The guided tours start at 2.00 pm and last 2 hours. You are welcome to register online for the public tours. If you are coming to Kassel with a group, you can also book a tour guide exclusively through us.

From the city centre or Wilhelmshöhe station, you can take tram 4 to the Druseltal terminus. Change there to bus 22/23 which will take you up to Herkules.
After the trick fountains, you can take tram line 1 from the Wilhelmshöhe (Park) stop below Wilhelmshöhe Palace back to Wilhelmshöhe station or the city centre.
Tram line 4 runs every 15 minutes on the water games days. Buses 22/23 run alternately every 10 minutes.
On water play days, a shuttle bus runs every 15-20 minutes between 10.00 and 17.00 from the Wilhelmshöhe car park to the Great Cascades.
The cost is € 2.00 per person. Children under the age of 6 and holders of a severely disabled pass (G, aG, GI, BI) can use the bus free of charge.

The car park ticket entitles the holder to a free return journey for a maximum of 7 people from the Kassel Wilhelmshöhe (Park) bus stop to Herkules at the end of the water games.
The Herkulesterrassen restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hercules. The Café Jérôme or the Alte Wache restaurant are in the immediate vicinity of Wilhelmshöhe Palace.
You will find public toilets in the Herkules Visitor Centre and the Wilhelmshöhe Visitor Centre. You will also find toilets in the catering establishments.
Yes, but dogs must be kept on a lead in the Bergpark. Please observe this rule.
