The Kneipp facility is located at the transition from the landscaped park to the natural area of the Habichtswald forest. The water treading pool and arm bath are designed in accordance with Sebastian Kneipp's teachings on the effects of water treatments on health.
The Kneipp facility can be used from May to October. The water is drained during the winter months.

The Kneipp facility can be reached on foot through the mountain park. Parking is available at the Herkules and Wilhelmshöhe visitor centres.
