From when is it worth booking as a group?
A group reservation is already worthwhile from 8 people. You then have the advantage of having your own tour guide and being able to choose the day and time. We also try to cater to your wishes in terms of content. Feel free to take a look here and let yourself be inspired by our diverse range of offers.
Where can we make a group booking?
The staff at Kassel Marketing's guest services will be happy to advise you on planning your group trip to Kassel. Simply send an email to booking@kassel-marketing.de or call them directly on 0561 707707.
What can we book through you?
With us you can book city tours, sightseeing tours, buses, museum admissions and hotel rooms. In addition, we are happy to reserve a restaurant for your lunch or dinner.
We are also happy to refer you to external service providers.
Can you take a bus through the Bergpark?
Yes, if you are in Kassel with a tour bus or excursion bus, you are welcome to book a passage through Berpark Wilhelmshöhe with us.
Please note that a tour is not possible on water play days.
Where can a tour bus or excursion bus park?
A tour or excursion bus can park free of charge at the State Theatre, Du-Ry-Straße.
In addition, it is possible to park at the Wilhelmshöhe Park car park for a fee. On the water play days, the parking ticket costs €20.00. On all other days, the day ticket costs € 4.00.
Please note that the bus is not allowed to stay in the car park overnight.
Good to know: The Bus Driver Lounge opens just in time for the Kassel Christmas Market. The Kassel Service Point in the GALERIA is the perfect place to relax. In addition to free coffee and cold drinks, there will be stollen and Christmas pastries. The lounge is open from Monday to Saturday.
