Herb-crusted oyster mushroom tartare

Main Course (Choice of)
– Hemel pasture-raised beef brisket, potatoes, pointed cabbage
– Salmon fillet, pearl barley, tomatoes, herbs

Pumpkin crème brûlée, chocolate, vanilla
