Appetizer
Mielenhäuser pumpkin carpaccio, beet and cress, goat's cheese, apple and mustard vinaigrette, served with Treber bread

Main course (choice)
- Involtini of Hemelner Weiderind, black beer jus, mashed potatoes, wild broccoli
- Char, pea risotto, orange beurre blanc
- Porcini mushroom risotto, wild broccoli (vegetarian option)

Dessert
Nougat tart, wild berries, sour cream sorbet
